Symptoms
1. You try to install Agent for Windows on a Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016.
2. Installation fails with an error
%1 is not a valid Win32 application
3. Installation log contains an error similar to the following one:
MSI_TRACE(tib): Failed to install: status 193.
Cause
tib.sys driver is not compatible with Hypervisor-protected code integrity (HVCI) feature.
Solution
As a workaround, disable HVCI on the machine as described in this article
